Drone Terms of Service and Privacy

This app service use agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "use agreement") is a specification of relevant rights and obligations entered into by the user (you) and this app for the provision of services. These service terms have legal effect on you and this app.

1. Service description

1.1 At present, the app provides users with the following services: taking photos, recording, and controlling toy UAVs by using WiFi video module. This app reserves the right to suspend any part of the service for upgrading, maintenance or other purposes without prior notice.

2. Basic rules for users

2.1 Users can process pictures and videos by taking photos, recording videos and other mapping video functions, and can independently share them with other social networking sites, but they shall not use this app to disseminate sensitive information and information in violation of national laws, regulations and policies. Such information includes but is not limited to:

• 2.1.1 Opposition to the basic principles established in the constitution;
• 2.1.2 Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;
• 2.1.3 Damage to national honor and interests;

2.2 In the process of processing photos, sharing information and using the app service, users must also follow the following principles:

• 2.2.1 Not endanger the legitimate rights and interests of others in any way;
• 2.2.2 Do not use the network service system for any illegal purpose, and abide by all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to network services;
• 2.2.3 It is not allowed to carry out any commercial advertising without the permission of the app development team, and it is not allowed to upload, download, post, send e-mail or transmit advertising letters, promotional materials and spam in other ways; Do not make commercial use of any data on this app;
• 2.2.4 Comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulations:
• 2.2.5 It is not allowed to upload, download, post, send e-mail or otherwise transmit the content infringing anyone's patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or other exclusive rights;
• 2.2.6 It is not allowed to upload, download, post, send e-mail or transmit the content (such as internal data and confidential data) without authorization;
• 2.2.7 Do not interfere with or damage the service or the server and network connected to the service, and do not violate any regulations, procedures, policies or specifications on the service connection network;
• 2.2.8 Do not track, search for human flesh or harass others in other ways;
• 2.2.9 Not intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local and national laws and any rules with legal effect;

3. User privacy protection

The user's privacy information you provide will be regulated by United States's privacy laws and the company's privacy statement.

4. Published public information

In this use agreement, "public use area of this service" refers to the area that can be used by the general public;

5. Disclaimer

5.1 The app has the right but not the obligation to improve or correct any omission or error in any part of the original application.

5.2 Users shall use any data obtained through this application at their own risk; The user shall be fully responsible for the damage to the user's mobile phone system or data loss caused by such use.

6. Special notice for international use

You have understood the borderless nature of the Internet and agree to abide by all local laws and regulations on online behavior and content. In particular, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations on the transmission of exported information from United States or your country or region.

7. Application and jurisdiction of law

7.1 This use agreement and your relationship with this app are governed by the laws of United States. Any dispute between you and this app over this service, this use agreement or other related matters shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to United States International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties;

7.2 Usa Big Drone has the final right to interpret this use agreement.
